  • Domestic (United States): All U.S. orders ship free of charge—no minimum required.

3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • You can follow your shipment using the carrier’s tracking page.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

5. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact support@azmotparts.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and include photos if applicable.
